Filtration Leaves are used in vertical filters (HBV) and horizontal filters (HBH) to retain insoluble particles, contaminants, and impurities in liquids. Hollbras filtration leaves are made of metal mesh, with three internal structural meshes and two external filtration meshes. External filtration meshes can be made of different materials and have different openings. The structure of the leaves is made of stainless steel and serves as a support for the filter meshes. The top of the framework contains a fork to connect the plate to the vibrator system, the sides have lifting handles and the bottom contains the drain nozzle.
The structure of the Hollbras leaves is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, while the filter meshes are offered in 316 or 904 stainless steel. Filter meshes are chosen according to the process for which the filter is intended. Some of the meshes we offer are 60 MESH, 24x110 mesh, PZ80 mesh, and KPZ55 mesh.
A distinguishing feature of Hollbras leaves is our exclusive Constant Flow technology. The design of our leaves reduces the accumulation of solids in the drainage channels, thus allowing the leaves to operate for a longer time between cleaning stops.
In addition to new leaves, we offer recovery and/or renovation services for damaged leaves. This service extends to filtration leaves from any supplier.
Hollbras manufactures filtration candles made of metal structures coated with fabrics. These tubes can be made from Carbon Steel, 304 or 316 Stainless steel, depending on the needs of each filtration process. The fabrics that cover the metal tubes, known as filter sleeves, come in polyester, polypropylene, nylon, Ryton and others, and with different retention capacities ranging from 1 to 200 microns.
