Hollbras uses a butterfly valve at the bottom of its Vertical plate (HBV) and Vertical Candle (HBT) filters. They are used to discharge solids retained during filtration. It could be operated manually or by hydraulic or pneumatic systems. The body is made of cast iron or stainless steel. Pneumatic Vibrator Set:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The pneumatic vibrator is part of the dry solids discharge system for vertical leaf filters (HBV) and horizontal leaf filters (HBH). This set is driven by compressed air, generating a high frequency and low amplitude of vibration. This vibration causes the solids trapped in the filtration leaves to be released and consequently discharged. The pneumatic vibrator set can be made from carbon steel or 304 or 316 stainless steel.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

O'Ring:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hollbras filtration leaves are sealed using rubber rings installed in the drain nozzle. These rings are essential for sealing the connection between the Filtration Leaves and the collector tube. Hollbras rings come in different diameters and are manufactured using different types of elastomers, such as EPDM, BUNA-N, SILICONE, and VITON.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The washer system is part of the wet discharge system for vertical plate filters (HBV) and horizontal plate filters (HBH).<\/p>\n

They use a pneumatic actuator to move the high-pressure washer nozzles at angles of up to 180 degrees. This system efficiently washes all parts of the Filtration Leaves.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The function of this part is to collect and guide the filtered fluid out of the filter. They are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
