Filtration Cloth:

Available in BAG and Filter Sleeve types, they retain solid particles in liquid. They have diameters and lengths to suit the filter's dimensions. They are made from various materials such as polyester, polypropylene, or nylon.

Butterfly Valve:

Hollbras uses a butterfly valve at the bottom of its Vertical plate (HBV) and Vertical Candle (HBT) filters. They are used to discharge solids retained during filtration. It could be operated manually or by hydraulic or pneumatic systems. The body is made of cast iron or stainless steel. The materials available for the seat are BUNA-N+PVC, EPDM, SILICONE, and VITON, among others.

Pneumatic Vibrator Set:

The pneumatic vibrator is part of the dry solids discharge system for vertical leaf filters (HBV) and horizontal leaf filters (HBH). This set is driven by compressed air, generating a high frequency and low amplitude of vibration. This vibration causes the solids trapped in the filtration leaves to be released and consequently discharged. The pneumatic vibrator set can be made from carbon steel or 304 or 316 stainless steel.

O'Ring:

Hollbras filtration leaves are sealed using rubber rings installed in the drain nozzle. These rings are essential for sealing the connection between the Filtration Leaves and the collector tube. Hollbras rings come in different diameters and are manufactured using different types of elastomers, such as EPDM, BUNA-N, SILICONE, and VITON.

Lubrifil:

It regulates the operating pressure and maintains the quality of the compressed air. Cultivates the longevity and reliability of pneumatic installations by lubricating the equipment to ensure it works properly.

Washer System:

The washer system is part of the wet discharge system for vertical plate filters (HBV) and horizontal plate filters (HBH).

They use a pneumatic actuator to move the high-pressure washer nozzles at angles of up to 180 degrees. This system efficiently washes all parts of the Filtration Leaves.

Pressure gauge:

Used to measure the pressure inside Hollbras filters, this equipment allows instant visualization of the pressure and intervention in the system when necessary. They are available in carbon steel or stainless steel.

Collector tube:

Hollbras filters, both the Vertical Leaf HBV and Horizontal Leaf HBH filter models, are supplied with collector tubes to which the filtration leaves are attached. The function of this part is to collect and guide the filtered fluid out of the filter. They are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Cover gasket:

All Hollbras filters have a seal between the cover and the filter body. The purpose of this seal is to prevent leaks and cross-contamination. The gaskets can be made from EPDM, BUNA-N, SILICONE, and VITON.
