To do this, we follow a few steps to help our customers when purchasing our industrial filters. The process begins with an analysis of our potential client's filtration needs. Based on the initial assessment, we use our extensive filtration experience to recommend the best filter model for the application. In the case of new applications, we can perform tests on both a laboratory and semi-industrial scale. These evaluations and tests will allow:

  1. Choosing the right filter model
  2. Its construction material;
  3. Definition of the appropriate layout.

We include as an option in our work the service of guidance during the installation of the equipment and training of the operating teams. We are confident that these services will allow us to optimize filtration processes, increase safety for operators and the environment, and reduce operating costs.

For this process to be successful, we have technical staff with years of experience in different types of industrial applications. We also have a laboratory and semi-industrial units (pilots) for testing. Tests with our semi-industrial units (pilot) are performed directly in your plant, ensuring the correct choice of the final filter.

Once you have chosen the most suitable equipment for your filtration needs, it is important that the filter is assembled properly and safely and that the operators are well-trained. During this stage, our team analyzes the existing installations in your plant in order to prevent damage to existing equipment and loss of product during filtration. We also supervise the assembly of the filter, its starting-up, and the training of operators.

Once the filters have been installed, operators must be properly trained and instructed to observe the operating standards suggested by Hollbras. To this end, we offer filter inspection services at the customer's plant and enhanced operator training. These technical visits generate reports with photographic documentation and suggestions for adjustments and improvements to optimize the filtration process.
